Relaxation in booking for seasons 2021-22 & 2022-23

Name change is allowed 45 days prior to departure subject to mail received directly from any of the booked guests with proper reason and who is definitely travelling. This name change is allowed upto 2 times for the seasons 2021-22 & 2022-23, if requested by the guests to IRCTC directly (maharajas@irctc.com). 

Date change is allowed 45 days prior to departure subject to availability and mail received from the guests who completed their direct booking online. The difference in tariff due to change of itinerary will be collected or refunded back accordingly. This date change is allowed upto 2 times for the seasons 2021-22 & 2022-23. If a guest goes for a date change and further change of mind due to the prevailing pandemic conditions and requests a full refund, IRCTC will process the full refund given that the booking is cancelled 45 days prior to the departure.
